The continuation of our activity with sanitary measures

Barrier measures for the protection of all 


Since May 11, we have entered a period of deconfinement. In order to guarantee the safety of our clients and that of our employees, the entire team at Cabinet de Charry is committed to observing barrier measures to protect against Coronavirus. According to the recommendations of the Fnaim, here is what we will put in place for the visits of your properties, which you have had the confidence to entrust us with the sale or which you will ask us to estimate.


Before the visit of a property :


- we will privilege a maximum communication: the information will be transmitted by e-mail, telephone,... we already have the habit of it by sending a complete file "Google Photos" presenting each good put on sale, on request of the customer.
- In a concern of transparency and benevolence, we will ask you if a Covid-19 case is proven in your home, or if one of the persons presents symptoms. If so, we will make sure to postpone the visits, or to make them virtual.


During a visit :


- limit the number of visits to the people most motivated by the acquisition and propose a video visit if necessary.
- wear masks, including the owners of the premises if they are present
- Avoid physical contact (handshakes, etc.).
- Wash hands before and after the visit with hydroalcoholic gel.
- keep our distance according to health recommendations
- be a maximum of two people at a time in each room

In the premises, our teams and visiting customers must not touch any surface of the dwelling: door handles, furniture, cupboards.
⇨ This implies that the occupants of the premises must precede us in the visit and leave the interior doors ajar before we pass through.

 

Signatures :


Until June 24th, notaries are authorized to collect signatures remotely. The deed drawn up remotely, outside the parties, is perfect when the instrumental notary affixes his secure electronic signature to it.
