Former monastery with park

Property belonging to a religious congregation. The Carmelite Sisters founded a new monastery in Vannes following the one near ND du Bondon built in 1425. The new Vannes Carmel was built in 1866 in a quadrangular plan around the cloister, whose center is occupied by a pond. The monumental staircase leads to the neo-Gothic chapel. All the buildings are coated and the openings, corner chains and decorative elements, in limestone. In addition to the vegetable garden, the property has several outbuildings, a chaplaincy, and farm buildings. Part of this monastic heritage has kept a religious function since the sale.
