Cabinet de Charry in Covid-19's time

17 March 2020

Covid-19: an unprecedented international public health emergency

Like other countries in the world, France is affected by the Coronavirus epidemic, or Covid-19. The Director General of WHO has described the outbreak of this new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as a public health emergency of international concern. The French government decreed a general containment on 16 March 2020, to combat the spread of the virus and to enable health care providers to best manage the situation in the emergency admission and resuscitation services. Cabinet de Charry during containment

In view of the evolution of government directives, we took the time to exchange with Charry's Cabinet team, and to discern our individual and collective responsibilities. The priority is to abide by the watchword: stay at home. In these circumstances and the difficulties that arise from them, Charry's Cabinet knows it can count on your understanding, support and solidarity. However, since 17 March 2020 and until further notice, we are requested to proceed with the cancellation of all visits and appointments, at home or anywhere else. To date, our firm has organized to ensure, as far as possible, our greatest availability and responsiveness by phone and email to ensure continuity in the management of your project:

The challenge of Charry's Cabinet's presence on the web

On the other hand, this unprecedented situation reinforces the major challenge of our presence on the web. Please note that the advertisements of your property for sale appear permanently on our website www.decharry-immobilier.com as well as on all the other websites we work with.
In addition, we are going to intensify our visibility on social networks, where Cabinet de Charry is already present and active on Facebook, Instagram youtube and LinkedIn. Although it is complicated to make our appointments at home, technology allows us to anticipate the normal resumption of activity and to enter into telephone and video contact and to offer you our skills beforehand in order to best accompany you in your real estate project. Contact us for an estimate request, and tell us about your sale or acquisition project.

Right now preparing "the after"

The impact of the Coronavirus crisis will undoubtedly have multiple repercussions: postponement of procedures for putting up for sale or acquisition, cancellation and postponement of general meetings of co-ownerships. The President of the National Federation of Real Estate is predicting, to date, a much less dynamic market for the old property market, which will stabilize on an activity in sharp decline at the end of the year. This does not necessarily mean a correlative drop in prices. According to him, real estate will emerge stronger from this crisis and will be considered more than ever as a safe haven. As the two economic crises of 2008 and 2011 have shown, stone will still remain a safe investment in the eyes of the French.
Please know that we are at your disposal to exchange, collect your questions, try to answer them, imagine possible actions and reinvent tomorrow!
Finally, to each and every one of you, we wish you to be able to fill this waiting time imposed by life, to enjoy your families, to take care of them, to keep courage and confidence.
